OFFICIAL RULES: WRIGHT BROADCASTING SYSTEMS, INC. –

1) Eligibility – No purchase necessary. Age restrictions may apply for different contests. Wright Broadcasting Systems, Inc. (WBS) employees current and have worked within the last 3 years, and their household family members are not eligible for contests. One winner per household per month. By participating, contestants agree to these official rules and the decisions of WBS, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion.

2) Claiming Prizes –All prizes must be picked up at Wright Broadcasting systems during regular business hours within 2 weeks of winning or it will be restocked. You will be asked for an ID in order to claim your prize.

3) Odds of Winning – Odds of winning depend on the number of listeners and participants. Any and all taxes that might result from winnings are the sole responsibility of each individual winner.

4) General Conditions – Where permitted by law, winners must grant to WBS, and those acting pursuant to WBS direction or control, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide or in any media now known or hereafter developed including but not limited to the Internet, at any time or times, the winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration and without notice, review or approval. Further, winners will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful a Publicity Release within the time specified. If the documents are not returned timely, or if a winner is found not to have complied with these Official Rules, or is ineligible for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner to be determined by random drawing of remaining eligible winners. Winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility, as deemed appropriate, prior to the award of a prize. By participating, contestants release and hold harmless WBS, its respective partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, for any and all injury, loss or damage of any kind to persons (including, without limitation, property damage, bodily injury and/or death), arising directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from or in conjunction with the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in this giveaway or any giveaway related activity. WBS shall be the sole arbiter of eligibility-compliance with rules, and determination of the winner.
